The Spring Energized Metal O-ring seal is a high-strength metallic tube that is meant to be used in harsh working conditions. It is a sealing solution for high-pressure/high-temperature applications with minimum spring back. Metal O-ring seal may be utilized in high temperature (up to 750°C), cryogenic (down to -270°C), high pressure (up to 1500kgf/cm2), high vacuum (up to 1E-9 mmHg), and other extreme static sealing conditions due to their unique structure and composition.

Spring Energized Metal O-Ring seal is an advanced Metal O-Ring seal. Spring Energized Metal O-Ring seals can withstand significantly larger loads for rough surfaces and have a much lower leakage rate because of the spring inside the tube.
